These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "the user") and [Legal company name], [company registration details, e.g. registered in Country under number XXXXX] ("Boothcrate", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Boothcrate service at boothcrate.io and any subdomain or custom domain connected through it (the "Service").
Boothcrate lets DJs, producers and artists build and publish a single page for their music career — profile, charts, radio shows, events, discography, gallery and a downloadable press kit — using one of the visual themes we provide. You keep ownership of the content you upload; we provide the tool that displays it.
You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You must be at least [16/18] years old to create an account.
Boothcrate is offered on Standard and Pro annual plans, priced as shown on our Pricing page. Plans are billed annually in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; your page stays live until the end of the current billing period. [Add your actual refund policy here — e.g. no refunds for partial periods, or a specific refund window.]
You retain all rights to the text, images, audio links and other content you upload to your page ("Your Content"). By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to host, store and display it as part of operating the Service. You're solely responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you upload — photos, logos, mix embeds, and anything else.
We may remove content that violates these Terms, infringes someone else's rights, or violates applicable law, and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do so.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Pro plan subscribers may connect a domain they own to their page. You're responsible for owning and maintaining that domain; we're not responsible for issues with your domain registrar or DNS provider. Connecting a domain doesn't transfer ownership of it to us, and disconnecting it (or cancelling your plan) doesn't affect your ownership of the domain itself.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance, and features may change over time as the product evolves. [If you plan to offer any uptime commitment or SLA, describe it here.]
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we'll handle any remaining data per our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. [This section typically needs jurisdiction-specific legal language limiting liability — have this reviewed by a lawyer before publishing.]
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active account holders (e.g. by email) before the changes take effect.
[Specify governing law and jurisdiction — e.g. "These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/State], and disputes will be resolved in the courts of [location]."]
